INDIAN PASSPORT SERVICES
Passport application form filled in BLOCK CAPITAL letters along with the following documents should be produced for the services. For any other services other than those given below please contact the CONSULAR OFFICER

| 1 | NEW PASSPORT | Fees-Rs. 715/- (for Child of below 15 years for 5 years), Rs. 1140/- (for ordinary small passport), Rs. 1425/- (for jumbo passport), Passport Photocopy (1, 2 & last page), Original Passport, Residence Permit, latest work permit, 4 recent coloured Passport size Photographs. |
ATTESTATION OF WORK PERMIT
- Work permit in Original + Photocopy.
- Agreement signed by both the Employer + Employee.
- Ageement Photocopy.
- Bank Guarantee + Photocopy.
- Passport copy of the Employee.
- Licence copy of the Recruiting Agent in India.
- The Fee for each work permit is Rs. 305.
ATTESTATION OF ANY DOCUMENT FROM INDIA
1. It should be notorised and attested by the consular division of the ministry of external affairs.
